Ordering & payment

How does ordering work?
Add products to your cart and pay on Stripe's secure checkout page with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prefer an invoice, or need a quote or an EDDM route count first? Send the order as a request instead and we email a secure Stripe invoice within one business day. Your order goes into production once payment clears and your artwork is approved: a print-ready file you send is your approval, and if we design it, you approve the design first. From then on the order is final. See cancellations and refunds.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Can I pay by invoice instead?
Yes. On the order page, choose "Send as a request instead" and we email a secure Stripe invoice within one business day. It's the better route for custom quotes, EDDM runs that need a route count first, or a committee that pays by invoice.
What's in the campaign packages?
Our packages bundle the pieces campaigns almost always buy together, like yard signs, palm cards and bumper stickers for launch week, at a lower price than ordering them separately. One order, one artwork round, one delivery. Want to swap a quantity inside a package? Say so in your order notes.
Can I order a size or quantity that isn't listed?
Yes. The listed options are our most popular configurations, but nearly everything comes in more sizes, stocks, and quantities. Email us for a quote, usually the same day.
Do you offer volume or party-committee pricing?
Yes. For county parties, slates, and multi-candidate orders, ask us about volume pricing.

Turnaround & shipping

Can I still get this before the election?
Usually, yes. With artwork approved today (Sun, Oct 25), postcards, flyers and brochures are in your hands Oct 28 – Nov 2, door hangers, palm cards and signs Nov 2 – Nov 6, EDDM mailers reach mailboxes about Nov 4 – Nov 6, and a targeted list about Nov 5 – Nov 13. Early voting for the General Election (Tue, Nov 3, 2026) starts Oct 19. The latest approval that still lands before Election Day is Oct 26 for postcards and flyers, Oct 20 for door hangers, palm cards and signs, Oct 20 for EDDM and Oct 14 for a targeted list. The order timeline recalculates all of this for any approval date and any election. USPS doesn't guarantee mail delivery dates, so mail windows are estimates.
How fast will I get my order?
Postcards, flyers and brochures print within 2 business days of artwork approval and ship the day they print. Most other orders ship in 4–6 business days. Add 1–3 days in ground transit. In a crunch before election day? Tell us your in-hands date in the notes and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it. Rush production is often available. How much is shipping?
Free ground shipping in the contiguous U.S. is included on standard products. Oversized freight items (like event tents) and AK/HI shipments are quoted at cost.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No. We ship to U.S. addresses only.

Artwork & design

How do I send my artwork?
Reply to your order confirmation email with the file attached, or use the address on our contact page. See the artwork specs for file requirements.
I don't have a designer. Can you help?
Yes. Send us your logo, photo, and message and we'll set up a clean layout for your approval. Design is a flat fee per piece, from $145 for one side, with up to two rounds of changes; tick "Have our team design it" on any product page. How should I design a yard sign?

Do I need a "Paid for by" disclaimer?
Probably. Most jurisdictions require one on campaign materials, and the rules vary by state and race. Your campaign or committee is responsible for the wording; when we design your piece, we make sure it's placed and sized legibly. Will I see a proof?
If we design your piece, yes: we email the design for your approval, and nothing prints until you approve it. If you send your own print-ready file, that file is your approval and it goes straight into production as sent, so check spelling, dates and the disclaimer before you send it.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Orders go straight into production, so once artwork is approved the order is final and we can't cancel or refund it. If you send your own print-ready file, sending it is the approval. If we design it, you can cancel any time before you approve the design and we refund the print in full; the design fee covers the work already done. If something arrives with a printing defect, we reprint or refund that part. Full details are in our terms.

EDDM & voter mail

What's EDDM and why do campaigns use it?
Every Door Direct Mail® delivers your mailer to every mailbox on the postal routes you pick, with no mailing list, at one of the lowest rates USPS offers. It's the cheapest way to blanket a precinct. Read more on our EDDM page and in the EDDM guide.
How is postage handled?
Print pricing and postage are separate. We confirm your exact route household counts up front, and EDDM postage is billed at the current USPS EDDM rate (shown in the EDDM price table) on a separate invoice once your routes are confirmed, so it isn't part of your checkout payment.
Can I mail the postcards, palm cards or flyers I order?
Not as they come. Handout pieces ship to you with no postage permit and no address area. To mail, order one of our two mail services and we print to USPS spec: Every Door Direct Mail must be a "flat", taller than 6⅛" or longer than 10½" (our EDDM sizes run 6.5" × 8" to 6.5" × 12"), and needs no list. Mail to a voter list is addressed and costs least at letter size, up to 6⅛" × 11½", so we print it 6" × 9". See EDDM and voter list mail.
Can I mail only registered voters instead of every door?
Yes. We address postcards to the voters you choose, by party, district, or voting history, using your list or the official list from your county elections office. Postage is billed at the actual USPS rate after sorting. See voter list mail.
