Ordering & payment

How does ordering work?: Pick your products and quantities, then send the order form on the order page. We confirm details within one business day and email you a secure Stripe invoice you can pay online with any major card. Nothing prints until your artwork is approved and payment clears.
Why don't I pay at checkout?: Campaign orders almost always need a human touch — artwork checks, deadline coordination, EDDM route counts. Confirming first means no surprises later. Instant online checkout is coming as we grow.
What's in the campaign packages?: Our packages bundle the pieces campaigns almost always buy together — like yard signs + palm cards + bumper stickers for launch week — at a lower price than ordering them separately. One order, one artwork round, one delivery. Want to swap a quantity inside a package? Just say so in your order notes.
Can I order a size or quantity that isn't listed?: Yes. The listed options are our most popular configurations, but nearly everything comes in more sizes, stocks, and quantities. Email us for a quote — usually same-day.
Do you offer volume or party-committee pricing?: Yes — for county parties, slates, and multi-candidate orders, ask us about volume pricing.

How fast will I get my order?: Most orders ship in 4–6 business days after artwork approval, then 1–3 days in ground transit. In a crunch before election day? Tell us your in-hands date in the notes and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it — rush production is often available.
How much is shipping?: Free ground shipping in the contiguous U.S. is included on standard products. Oversized freight items (like event tents) and AK/HI shipments are quoted at cost.

How do I send my artwork?: Email it to orders@itstartswithyou.vote after you order — or just reply to your confirmation email. See the artwork specs for file requirements. An upload portal is on the way.
I don't have a designer. Can you help?: Yes. Send us your logo, photo, and message and we'll set up a clean layout for your approval. Party-themed design presets — red, blue, and independent — are coming soon.
Do I need a "Paid for by" disclaimer?: Probably — most jurisdictions require one on campaign materials, and the rules vary by state and race. Your campaign or committee is responsible for the wording; we'll make sure it's placed and sized legibly.
Will I see a proof?: Always. Every order gets a digital proof by email, and nothing prints until you approve it.

What's EDDM and why do campaigns use it?: Every Door Direct Mail® delivers your mailer to every mailbox on the postal routes you pick — no mailing list needed, at USPS's lowest rate. It's the cheapest way to blanket a precinct. Read more on our EDDM page.
How is postage handled?: Print pricing and postage are separate. We confirm your exact route household counts up front, and postage (currently about 22¢ per piece) is billed at cost on the same invoice.
