Terms of service
ItStartsWithYou.vote is operated by Agile LLC (Agile Media Agency). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders & payment
Orders are paid at checkout, or by an emailed invoice when you send an order request. Payment is due before production starts. Published prices cover the listed sizes, quantities, and standard ground shipping in the contiguous U.S.; custom work is quoted individually. Prices may change, but a confirmed, invoiced order keeps its price.
Artwork & approval
You are responsible for the content of your artwork, including its accuracy, any required political disclaimers (such as "Paid for by" notices), and having the rights to everything in it.
- Your own print-ready file: sending it to us is your approval. It goes into production as sent, without a separate proof, so please check spelling, dates, sizes and the disclaimer before you send it.
- Artwork we design: we send the design for your approval, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Once artwork is approved, errors in it (including typos) are the customer's responsibility.
Cancellations & refunds
We print through production partners who start work as soon as artwork is approved and who don't refund us once it has, so we can't either. In plain terms:
- Once your artwork is approved, the order is final. It can't be cancelled, changed or refunded.
- If you send your own print-ready file, sending it is the approval, so the order is final from then on.
- If we design your piece, you can cancel any time before you approve the design and we refund the print in full. The design fee is kept for the design work already done.
- EDDM postage is billed separately after we confirm your routes and is not charged until then.

We know campaigns change fast. If something comes up, email us right away: if production hasn't started yet, we'll always do what we can.
Turnaround & delivery
Production and transit estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed unless a rush deadline is confirmed in writing. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, USPS, weather, or artwork issues.
Quality & reprints
If an order arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will reprint the defective portion or refund it, at our choice. Minor color variation between screens and print, and between print runs, is normal and not a defect.
Content we decline
We serve every party and viewpoint, but we may decline content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that incites violence.
Everything else
Our total liability on any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Questions about these terms: orders@itstartswithyou.vote.
