Campaign printing in Florida
Campaign print for Florida races
We work out of Palm Beach County and print most campaign pieces in South Florida, so Florida orders arrive fast: postcards, flyers and brochures print within 2 business days of artwork approval and reach any Florida address in another 1 to 2 by ground.
Printed close to you
Postcards, flyers and brochures print at our production partner in Miami Gardens and ship the day they print. One business day of ground transit covers South Florida and two cover the rest of the state. Yard signs, door hangers, palm cards and the larger pieces take 4 to 6 business days to produce at the nearest plant in our network, plus 1 to 3 days in transit. EDDM mailers are bundled, documented and delivered to USPS for you.
- Florida mails vote-by-mail ballots 33 to 40 days before Election Day (Fla. Stat. 101.62), so the first mailer should land before the ballots do.
- Early voting begins no later than the 10th day before an election and may start on the 15th (Fla. Stat. 101.657); the timeline below shows what still lands before it.
- Every political advertisement needs a "paid for by" disclaimer (Fla. Stat. 106.143). The Division of Elections publishes the exact wording for candidates, committees and independent spenders; when we design your piece, we make sure yours is legible.
- Voter lists: the Division of Elections sells the statewide voter file, and county Supervisors of Elections provide county lists. We take either one for voter list mail.

- Counted from approved artwork. Need design help or still gathering content? The clock starts the day you approve the final design.
- Business days skip weekends and federal holidays.
- USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates for EDDM or bulk mail. USPS's own standard for Marketing Mail is 4–7 days end to end (2 days when it's dropped at the delivery unit, as EDDM is), and USPS says it may defer this mail. Most pieces arrive inside the window shown, some a few days later. Lists over 25,000 can take up to 4 more business days to process.
- Shipping is ground to your address in the contiguous U.S.
- Florida mails ballots 33–40 days before Election Day, so many voters vote before late mail arrives. Earlier is better. (Fla. Stat. 101.62)
